Terms & Conditions

No reservations for accommodation, meals or social events will be made if payment is not received prior to the start of the conference. All registrations received by the closing date will be acknowledged. If an acknowledgement is not received within 14 days, please contact the secretariat (xmmeeting@xmu.edu.cn).

A letter requesting the refund should be stated the pre-registrant's name and amount of payment. Cancellations received before September 15, 2016 will be subject to an administrative charge of 20%. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after September 15, 2016, although a change in attending delegate can be made at any time.
